Pair of venezuelan catching prospects commit to play on scholarships

We are always proud to help players reach their goal, but we are even more excited to do it when they are from Venezuela. Given the situation in the South American country, most players are looking for a way out. This time Victor Colmenares who resides in Santiago de Chile will be playing in on a scholarship now in the US at his 22 years of age.

On the other hand we have Luis Velandia, a Venezuelan native who moved to Miami and enrolled in Brito Private H.S and will now be taking his talents to East Georgia State College where he will have a chance to lead a pitching staff and start behind the plate as he earned a scholarship for this 2018 Fall.

These are two very advanced catchers and we have no doubt that they will do great at their new school and will continue their education and their dream of playing at the highest level possible.
